Key Account Manager
The position holder is responsible for selling our products to assigned central customers; business development and customer relationship management. The overall purpose is to grow the total category through performance together with our strategic customers. As a member of the Swedish customer team there is also a shared responsibility to drive growth of volume, profit and market share. The position will report to the Sales Director and be based at our Nordic HQ in Malmö. You will have overall responsibility for the development & profitability for your customers, including:
Responsible for sales and profit budget and cost budget
Streamline and optimize sales processing with affected customers
Strong customer engagement
Responsible for continuously monitoring databases regarding sales & market data
Responsible for presentations to the sales conference
Responsible of promotional activities on a central level to ensure optimum and effective campaigns
Responsible for forecast accuracy
Responsible for updating / follow daily sales
Ensure the central collection and distribution
2-3 years of Key Account Experience or similar (preferable from the FMCG sector)
Excellent numerical skill and financial understanding
Ability to work in a team and to motivate other team members
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English language
Strong interpersonal skills: Open, empathetic and honest
Capable of building strong working relationships
Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, driven and with courage to pursue own conviction
Organisational talent with a clear view of the common thread in the business
Strong planning skills and ability to structure your work
